We are looking for a Prompt Engineer for a remote contract role at Mokka. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered solutions to streamline the talent acquisition process. You will work on creating, refining, and optimizing prompts for AI systems, reducing hallucinations, improving accuracy, and ensuring cost efficiency in LLM usage. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
Location: work from anywhere except Russia/Belarus, where our services and software don't work, and VPN does not help, unfortunately.
Expectations
- Implement a system for continuous and measurable prompt optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency in candidate assessments.
