Technical consultant (production of banking cards)

Responsibilities:

• collect and evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements of R&D and other relevant departments
• manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production prior mass production
• manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers
• work closely with sales and other internal department to provide solutions to resolve issues
• work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, product/solution presentation, etc.
• cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationship and take initiative to visit cistomers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements
• primarily focus on the printer machines/payment/banking projects

Requirements:

• degree in Computer science or Electronic engineering
• good understanding of EMV cryptographic key exchange process between payment scheme, issuer, personalization bureau and card manufacturer
• EMV card issuance project management experience, including project plan creation, personalization profile generation, personalization script development
• excellent understanding of EMV cryptographic key exchenge process between payment scheme, issuer, personalization bureau and card manufacturer
• understanding of ICA/MRTD standards, government ID, ePassport or transportation project experiences will be a plus
