This role is dedicated to sustaining Brand leadership on the market, pioneering new trends and implementing even more new practices in digital communications.
Social brand manager executes digital communication management: SMM (owned, earned, paid), content creation, paid social media, influencer marketing.
Key projects and responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Content Management (VK, Telegram, Youtube, etc.)
- Execute social media strategy aligned with business priorities
- Plan & create content with agency (texts, photos, videos, clips, etc.)
- Work with community (moderators and agencies coordination)
- Cooperate with e-com and digital managers, brand and marketing teams
- Monthly reports
- Daily monitoring of social media market and social media tools & innovations
2. New media channels developed (owned and earned)
- Develop and execute animation plan for Telegram owned community in line with the strategy, execute content creation
- Execute content creation for Yandex.Zen, launch always-on campaign on Yandex.Zen
- Participate owned podcast development action plan
- Monthly reports
3. Paid media campaigns
- Participate in always-on media campaigns execution (VK, Zen, etc.)
4. Influencer marketing
- Develop content and manage content product for influencer marketing activities (creative send-outs, online and offline events), including medfluencers
- Develop content packs for influencers and medfluencers
5. SERM
- Sources: e-retailers, one-to-one consultation in owned channels, whatsapp chats
- Enlarge data base with F.A.Q., creating data base with ready-to-go routines
- Coordinate community managers and internal stakeholders
