IT Recruiter (freelance)

Basket Entertainment is a leading UGC gaming company based in San Francisco, specializing in Roblox games and overseeing multiple subsidiary companies.

We've got some new products in the works that go beyond our current digital entertainment line, and we're looking to add some talented professionals to our team who share our vision for the future.

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a talented IT Recruiter to join our team as a freelancer. If you're initiative, passionate about IT recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Job Posting and Sourcing: Help us spread the word about our job openings by preparing and publishing job postings on various platforms. Use your creative skills to source candidates from multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and Interview Scheduling: Review resumes and schedule interviews with qualified candidates to help us find the best fit for our team.
• Support candidates throughout the interview flow.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years experience successfully closing positions in IT or similar fields.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Motivation: An active approach to work and a motivation to drive initiatives to completion.
