Обязанности:
- Managing Angelini Fertility business in Russia (managing Sales team of 6 KAMs and developing marketing strategy and activities)
- Developing Fertility business opportunities using a customer driven, end-to-end approach
- Managing the country sales, achieving sales targets
- Territory planning
- Regular sales effectiveness analysis (in line with targets and KPIs)
- Managing, recruiting, training, coaching and developing employees (KAMs in the regions)
- Managing professional networks at different levels, building effective relations with KOLs and scientific societies
- Marketing plans development
Требования:
- Higher education
- People management experience in Pharma industry
- Territory planning experience
- Marketing experience as a Brand / Product Manager or Marketing Manager
- Analytical thinking and strategic thinking, ability to independently set targets and KPIs
- Knowledge and skills of recruiting, managing and developing of people, including remote management of regional people
- Financial and Marketing competences (ability to effectively manage the budgets)
- Strong Leadership
- Good communication and presentation skills
- English – upper-intermediate
- Readiness for business trips - 30-40% of the working time
