We are seeking a highly motivated Lawyer to join our legal team at a it-company.

The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate law matters, including the establishment of companies in multiple jurisdictions, regulatory compliance, and document preparation.
This role involves daily interaction with internal teams, external regulators, and third-party service providers to ensure the company’s legal operations are aligned with international legal standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Corporate Structuring
Assist in the establishment and registration of companies in various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
2)Commercial Licensing & Compliance
Oversee the renewal and updating of commercial licenses, working closely with regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
3)Document Management
Request, prepare, and handle the apostillation, notarization, and registration of corporate documents, including but not limited to incorporation certificates, powers of attorney, and agreements.
4)Shareholders Agreements & Board Resolutions
Assist in drafting and reviewing shareholders agreements, board minutes, and resolutions, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
5)Know Your Client (KYC)
Perform daily KYC duties by conducting due diligence on clients, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6)Banking Documentation
Provide support in the preparation and submission of documents required for opening and managing corporate bank accounts, including liaison with banking partners.
7)General Legal Support
Support the senior legal team with legal research, drafting of contracts, and any other ad-hoc legal tasks as required.
Education:
A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). Postgraduate legal qualifications or admission to practice is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a it-company, corporate service provider, or law firm.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional company formation and regulatory processes.
- Experience with KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance, including company formation, commercial licenses, and corporate filings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
- Knowledge of local and international banking processes and documentation would be advantageous.
