Location: Moscow
Requirements:
• Finance/economic degree from a reputable state university
• 3-4+ years post qualified experience (full time) in an investment bank/investment fund/Big4 company
• Work experience with assets in industry and transport
• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks
• Fluent English
Principal duties include:
• Working with the portfolio companies
• Development, support and updating the financial models of assets
• Structuring of financial data and their further analysis
• Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, teasers, investment memoranda, business plans
• Participation in structuring and closing of M&A transactions
