Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

Work with our entire product range, providing exceptional service to existing and new customers within our CRM tool: technical support, how-to questions, assistance with payments, invoices and refunds

Respond to customers within the defined timeframes (<2 hours)

Collaborate with our development team to resolve new issues

Help maintain our knowledge base

Work late hours, covering at least a few hours after 20:00 Moscow Time
Requirements

Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing role

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Intercom) and support software

Good written and oral English skills (B2 and above)

Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
