ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be leading the launch of a new digital product (SAAS solution) to the market, it is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the full cycle of go to market strategy - from ideation to execution to measuring results.
We are looking for dedication and commitment, someone who will be responsible for execution of our marketing strategy helping driving social media traffic, realising it in more in-bound sales, improve SEO, boost brand's awareness, communicate our offerings, evolve our tone of voice, engage our users / potential clients via social media and digital marketing efforts that ensure the new brand stands out from competition. You'll get to know our products and services inside-out, you will be expected to engage with product and sales teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with CEO to define short and long-term marketing strategy (objectives, goals, metrics for in-bound traffic, content, social media, paid ads, PR) with the emphasis on social media, inbound sales and brand awareness;
- Detailed marketing planning (objectives, goals and metrics for in-bound traffic, content, social media, paid ads, website, email campaigns, PR) with detailed tasks to be delivered;
- Metrics tracking and reports prep to showcase the results of digital marketing efforts;
- Overlook work of an agency who run our paid ads campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Ads)
- Be responsible for Content calendar;
- The strategic nous to quickly understand a wide range of topics in the field of SAAS and proactively undertake research to generate insights about them;
- Support our product and sales teams to bring their plans to life across a multitude of channels including email, blog, demo videos and our website.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience (working in a startup is a big plus);
- Being responsible for all aspects of executing a marketing strategy;
- Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills;
- Experience in writing SEO optimised blogs and copy;
- Extensive knowledge and experience in using all Google products (Analytics, Trends etc), Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), CRM system, Wordpress, Figma or similar;
- Agility to adapt messaging based on multiple audiences;
- Able to prioritise workload and respond well under pressure;
- Self starter, proactive, driven, persistent, energetic with high attention to detail;
- Someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner;
- A passion for technology and innovation and a desire to help other people to understand complex ideas;
- Strong team player with ability to adapt to a constantly evolving start-up environment;
- Experience in video creation/editing is considered a plus.
