Currently, we are looking for a Team Lead for our recruitment team who shares our vision of an open, progressive, and fair workspace to help our company thrive.

You will be the coolest person to be warm-heartedly welcomed to our team if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead, Lead Recruiter, HR Manager, or Project Manager in a recruitment or staffing agency preferably
  • Have 2-3 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter
  • Have experience with handling clients, onboarding them, and being responsible for customer success
  • Are organized and can manage not only your workload but also the workload of your team
  • Are independent, can find the solutions to the arising issues and tackle them effectively
  • Are not afraid of responsibility and can take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team
  • Can admit your mistakes reflect on what could have gone wrong and change your attitude and behaviour based on your reflections
  • You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do
  • You know your way around project management tools like Click up or Monday.com (huge benefit!)

As our new Team Lead, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Jump on calls with leads and turn prospects into clients
  • Keep the communication flowing with clients to ensure they’re always in the loop
  • Keep the recruitment team on track by assigning tasks and managing workloads
  • Keep a close eye on our recruitment strategies and processes, always looking for ways to improve
  • Set KPIs and goals for the team, track their progress and find ways to boost performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members to ensure they hit the ground running.
  • Experiment with new platforms and software, ensuring a smooth implementation.
  • Create standard operating procedures, training materials, and customer success systems.
  • Communicate with affiliates and partners to maintain strong relationships.
