Position: B2B/SaaS Pre-Sale Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business leads within the B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients and their needs.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.

Product Demonstration and Consultation:
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each potential client.
- Provide in-depth consultations to understand clients' requirements and present customized solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our SaaS products.

Sales Process Management:
- Manage the pre-sale process, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for successful sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or objections promptly and professionally.
Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the funeral services industry is a plus but not required.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics of B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
