We are expanding our Sales team and invite you to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients within Pakistan.
  • Manage the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Transition closed deals to the integration team.
  • Maintain alignment with the department's knowledge base.
  • Consistently update reports and client activity records.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to identify and assess potential client profiles.
  • Strong expertise in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Expertise in lead categorization.
  • Proficiency in technical and information systems.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and apply information effectively.
  • Analytical and adaptive thinking to address changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Urdu (native or C1 level) and English or Russian (minimum B2 level).

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office programs, Google services, social media platforms, and messaging apps.
  • Experience with project management tools like Notion, Miro, or YouTrack.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or the Adobe Suite.
