We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our growing international team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our players, providing exceptional support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What we expect of you?

  • Deliver amazing customer service, friendly support and helpful solutions to customer in chats and tickets.
  • Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira and never forget to get back to the customer with the resolution.
  • Follow updates in Confluence and Slack in order to get acquainted with all procedures changes.
  • Be the voice of the player - timely provide feedback to your shift-lead about issues players are facing at the moment.

What we’re after

  • Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate B2+).
  • Good knowledge of the second language: German/Polish/Italian/French (B2+. Please, note, you should be fluent there) - will be plus
  • Ability to work 2/2/2 (day shifts from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT+3 and night shifts 21:00 to 9:00 GMT+3) or 2/2 (night shifts 21:00 to 9:00 GMT+3), 1.5 hour (90 minutes) break included.
