What we expect of you?

  • Communicating with VIP customers via chat — solving any issues, answering questions 24/7, and ensuring high levels of loyalty.
  • Escalating complex cases to responsible teams via Slack and Jira.
  • Keeping up with procedure updates and company news in Slack and Confluence.

What we’re after

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of one of the following languages at B2 level or higher is a must: German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • High level of empathy and friendliness.
  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow in VIP customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills and fast typing speed.
