Responsibilities:

  • Searching for candidates for open vacancies using various tools and resources.
  • Building effective communication with employees, offering support and assistance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Regularly analyzing the labor market and improving search strategies for candidates. Conducting interviews and evaluating the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
  • There is an opportunity to handle additional tasks in the future such as: adaptation, non-material motivation, organizing team-building activities, and document management.

Requirements:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for recruitment, especially when finding the perfect candidate.
  • A creative approach to searching, using multiple resources to attract the best professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to treat people with respect and empathy.
  • Experience using job resources like HH, Facebook, Telegram, and others.
  • Ability to work efficiently, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience with creative and digital positions (e.g., designers, SMM managers, marketers).
  • Knowledge of Arabic language.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
