We are looking for a specialist with experience in Technical support and Project management. Your time will be split between working with support requests and onboarding new DISPL customers, partners and potential leads on our platform.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Specialist:
Provide top-tier technical support to B2B SaaS clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across various platforms (Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, Linux/Unix).
Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and guides.
Coordinate with the development team to address and resolve software bugs and issues.
Assist clients with the setup, configuration, and optimization of DISPL products.
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of technical problems.
As a Pre-Sales Technical Project Lead:
Organize and conduct technical presentations and training sessions on product usage for the sales team.
Provide technical consultations to the sales team during interactions with clients, partners, and integrators.
Participate in client negotiations to identify needs, set goals, and manage expectations.
Analyze client technical requirements.
Create internal documentation outlining client goals and objectives for the Product Manager.
Develop commercial and technical-commercial proposals.
Update technical support documents for the sales team (questionnaires, standard request responses, system comparisons).
Required Skills and Experience:
3–6 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with OS Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, Ubuntu, and other Linux/Unix systems.
Familiarity with specialized equipment: kiosks, price checkers, professional panels, etc.
Understanding of client-server architecture and basic networking principles.
Knowledge of Digital Signage solutions and related fields.
Experience in preparing technical project documentation.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
In-depth IT knowledge.
Understanding of software development processes.
Fluent English, relevant experience, and understanding of basic unit economics.
Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
