Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Preparation сontracts&аgreements
• Drafting corporate and commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, service contracts and NDAs
• Tailoring contractual clauses to align with local and international regulatory standards while maintaining commercial practicality

Requirements:

• Higher education (degree in law)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience

• Candidates with experience in leading law firms/large industrial holding companies

• Fluent English (including legal vocabulary)
