Responsibilities:
Market and Competitive Analysis
• Studying and analyzing the ultrasound equipment market, new technologies, and trends.
• Monitoring competitor offerings and conducting comparative analyses of product specifications.
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and product positioning.
Preparing Tender Documentation
• Preparing technical specifications and documentation for tender participation.
• Ensuring equipment compliance with government and commercial procurement requirements.
Expert Support for Sales
• Advising the sales department on the technical specifications and functionality of ultrasound equipment.
• Preparing and conducting presentations and equipment demonstrations for clients (doctors, medical institutions, distributors).
• Participating in negotiations with clients as a technical expert.
Interaction with Manufacturers
• Establishing and maintaining communication with ultrasound equipment manufacturers regarding product updates, technical specifications, and documentation.
• Requesting and analyzing technical and marketing materials provided by manufacturers.
• Providing feedback to manufacturers based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Participation in Exhibitions and Conferences
• Representing the company’s products at medical exhibitions, congresses, and conferences.
• Conduct demonstrations and speaking at industry events.
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from event participants.
Manage Demo Equipment Processes
• Determining the need to procure, introduce, and remove equipment from the demo fleet.
• Justifying the business need to purchase equipment.
• Interacting with business partners to harmonize the use of the demo park.
• Controlling the movement of demo equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of demo equipment.
• Justifying the removal of demo equipment from the park and controlling its subsequent sale.
Requirements:
• Be knowledgeable about the purpose, fundamental physical principles of operation, and medical and technical characteristics of ultrasound diagnostic equipment
• Work experience of at least 2 years in a product management position with ultrasound equipment.
• Excellent understanding of the market for ultrasound equipment in Russia and CIS.
• Awareness of prospective developments and innovations in the ultrasound equipment market.
• Understanding the principles of practical activities in marketing, assortment planning, and sales promotion.
• Understanding methods for studying consumer motivation and attitudes toward products.
• Possess negotiation and presentation skills.
• English language at least Upper-Intermediate (oral and written)
• Experience as a doctor of ultrasound diagnostics is desirable.
