AffScale is expanding, and we’re looking for new talent. We need a Media Buyer with proven experience in launching Facebook or Native advertising campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Nutra, Sweepstakes, or Crypto verticals
- Good communication in Russian (speaking, writing, reading, listening)
- Solid understanding of how Native OR Facebook OR Google Ads work
- Strong grasp of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CR, AR, DR
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and draw data-driven conclusions
- Experience working with multiple ad accounts

Familiarity with tools like Octo / Fbtool / Binom Basic skills in Photoshop / Canva
Your Responsibilities:
- Create, set up, and launch advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Collect daily statistics on ad activity
- Analyze competitors and explore new angles
- Search for and test new offers and bundles
- Take ownership of tracking and analyzing campaign data
- Prepare performance reports
