PashaPay is an innovative fintech company creating products that transform the traditional approach to financial operations. Our key products include the largest payment terminal network MilliOn and the m10 e-wallet — a modern tool for financial digitalization and enhanced user experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function, build and continuously improve the HR operating model, covering recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation & benefits, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and execute a People Strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyze the employee journey and HR metrics, launching initiatives to boost engagement and productivity.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders: coaching, mentoring, and strengthening leadership capabilities.
  • Shape and embed company culture and values, connecting innovation with operational excellence.
  • Drive change initiatives: e.g. HR digitalization, adoption of global best practices.
  • Manage compensation and performance systems (KPI/OKR).
  • Strengthen employer branding and build strategic approaches to talent acquisition.
  • Implement succession planning and internal talent growth programs.
  • Introduce HR Tech and People Analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
