Responsibilities:
- Providing full-spectrum legal support across all company operations
- Structuring and standardizing contract processes, including developing custom contract templates and internal regulations as required
- Conducting legal analysis and risk assessment of agreements (distributorship, lease, supply, service, agency, etc.), drafting amendments and dispute protocols
- Performing counterparty due diligence and leading negotiations on contentious clauses
- Advising on marketing initiatives, including risk assessment of advertising materials and campaign compliance
- Managing dispute resolution, including drafting pre-trial claims, legal responses, and representing the company in court proceedings
- Liaising with regulatory authorities, preparing and submitting formal responses to inquiries
- Processing legal payments, including independent preparation of 1C payment applications and initiating approval workflows
- Maintaining and updating the corporate contract registry
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2+) including legal terminology, bilingual contracts, and verbal communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as the sole in-house lawyer in an international company
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of legal documentation: drafting, coordinating with departments, and finalizing contracts independently.
- Strong expertise in formulating contract terms based on business needs.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising law.
