KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for Trade Activation Support our team in Home Office, Almaty.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
-
Oversee and maintain accurate accounting procedures and records.

Ensure timely completion of monthly and year-end closing processes.

Prepare and review all accounting records and reports promptly.
-
Collaborate with third-party accounting firms to complete audits.
2. Payment Processing
-
Execute timely and accurate payments to vendors and clients.
-
Verify payment details and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
3. Closing Documentation
-
Review and finalize closing documents for various transactions.
-
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with relevant parties to gather necessary information and signatures.
4. Document Signing & Record Management
-
Facilitate the signing of closing documents by authorized personnel.
-
Ensure proper authentication and verification of signatures.
-
Maintain organized records of signed documents and ensure secure storage.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong expertise in SAP and Excel.
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: 08:30–17:30.
- Work location: Almaty, Kazakhstan, with business trips as needed.
