Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Digital Training Strategy
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Digital Training Team through coaching, mentoring, internal and external trainings.
  • Create new and update existing Digital Training programs, lead trainings development through Digital Trainers.
  • Assess and evaluate impact of Digital tools on main sales KPI, work out solutions to improve sales KPIs via Digital Training instruments.
  • Participate and lead local, regional and global projects in Training, Sales and cross-functional fields

We expect that you will have:

  • Higher education, additional certification it training as a plus.
  • Managerial experience in T&D or digital area
  • Experience in Digital tools for business.
  • Sales experience
  • Cross-functional communication and strong project management skills
  • Upper Intermediate English (written & spoken).
