Compensation and Benefits Specialist — GBS, St. Petersburg


  • Short-term incentives administration (both Corporate and Local) in compensation platform, SAP HR and Local payroll systems;
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) monthly investment amounts collection, annual enrolment, Equate Plus administration;
  • Manage eligible employee (and his/her dependents when relevant) enrolment into various corporate/local Benefit Plans;
  • Maintain enrolment/change/cancellation information in corporate and local systems, as well as external providers;
  • Update, change, enhance the communication of the international benefit plans, and ensure that all necessary forms and templates are available to employees and People & Culture community;
  • Address employee Rewards related queries (benefit plans eligibility and enrolment/changes/cancellations; producing compensation/insurance/work permit related attestations, etc.) acting as internal Rewards advisor to employees;
  • Provide reports from SAP HR and other corporate and local systems on a regular basis or upon requests;
  • Annual Salary Review: cycles setup and coordination;
  • Perform established data quality controls and follow up on identified data quality issues.


  • University degree
  • 2- 3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with hands on SAP HR experience. Experience in a compensation and/or benefits role is a plus;
  • SAP knowledge is highly preferred;
  • Profound knowledge of compensation processes and benefits portfolio at JTI is a plus;
  • Good understanding of compensation principles and international/local employee benefits plans;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
