Responsibilities:
- 根据项目需求，参与与业主方和RDI的会议，与业主和RDI进行沟通。According to project requirements, participate in meetings with the owner and RDI, and communicate with the owner and RDI.
- 解决俄罗斯业主提出的有关结构设计的疑难问题。Solve the difficult problems related to structural design proposed by the Russian owner.
- 参与计算、分析、制图等结构设计工作，提出具体结构设计方案。Participate in structural design such as calculation, analysis and drawing, and propose specific structural design scheme.
- 可作为项目后期现场服务设计代表的人选。Candidate for design representative of on-site service in the later stage of the project.带领没有俄罗斯项目经验的结构工程师完成土建结构设计。Lead unexperienced structure engineers to complete design according to Russian standards and codes.
Qualification:
- 具有10年左右石化工业项目结构设计经验。可独立完成复杂的结构设计计算和制图。About 10 years of experience in structural design of petrochemical industry projects. Be able to independently complete complex structural design calculation and drawing.
- 熟悉俄罗斯当地的混凝土，钢结构，荷载等结构设计规范。Familiar with Russian design laws, regulations, standards and codes related to reinforced concrete structure, steel structure, load and so on.
- 熟练掌握Staadpro和Sap2000系列结构设计软件。Skilled in Staadpro and Sap2000 series structural design software.
- 熟练掌握静力和动力设备基础，抗爆和抗连续倒塌设计。Skilled in static and rotating mechanical equipment foundation, anti-explosion and anti-progressive collapse design.
- 熟悉俄罗斯工程项目设计流程及政府相关审批程序。Be familiar with the design process of Russian engineering projects and relevant government approval procedures.
- 精通英语，良好的听说读写能力。会中文的可优先考虑。Proficient in English, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing. Chinese speaking is preferred.
