Heritage International School is looking for a part-time Admissions Department Manager to help us enroll new students to School.

Admissions Manager needs to be friendly and energetic as well as have excellent communication skills. They enjoy meeting new people, giving presentations and answering questions about their institution. Admissions Manager is well familiar with their school and feels comfortable promoting it to potential families. Strong computer skills and proficiency with statistics are required for organizing and analyzing admission information.

Duties:

  • Communication with parents of prospective students;
  • Planning all meetings, fetching people to the office, meeting visitors downstairs
  • Conducting interviews with prospective parents and school presentation: informing about the educational programmes, advantages, admission procedure, tuition fees;
  • Conducting school tours;
  • School promotion;
  • Taking part in promotional events: Open Days, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Education;
  • 1−3 years experience in sales / marketing / recruitment would be considered an asset but not required;
  • Fluent English, as the job requires communicating with English-speaking teachers and parents on daily basis.
