— Dome Roof Structural Design and Analysis
— Pump Column Design & Vibration Analysis
— Suspended Deck Design & Strength Calculation
— Anchorage Design
— Design of roll over prevention System
— Insulation Purge System Design
Technical Skill to design insulation system for LNG Storage Tank including BOG Rate Calculation.
Technical Skill to design bottom heating system
Technical Skill to review and check for the detail fabrication drawing for LNG Storage Tank
2. Material Specification Preparation
Preparation for Material Specification of Inner Tank
— 9% Ni Plate for Inner Tank
— Aluminium Plate for Suspended Deck
— Roof Structure Material
— Carbon Steel Material for Liner Plate
Preparation for Material Specification of Insulation
— Perlite Concrete Blocks
— Resilent Fiber Glass Blanket
— Perlite Ore
— Polyurethane (PUF)
Requirements:
[Must]
- College graduate or Higher / Mechanical Engineering or sillier department
- English required (Read/Write/Speak)
- More than 15 years of experiences performing detail design of LNG Storage Tank
- More than 15 years of real experience of detail design of LNG Storage Tank as following
— Performing stress analysis and strength calculation for each component of LNG Storage Tank based on API 620
— Performing design for insulation system of cryogenic storage tank including BOG rate calculation
— Preparation Material Specification for Steel & Insulation used for LNG Storage Tank
— Review and Check for the detail fabrication drawing for LNG Storage Tank
[Preferred conditions]
- Experience in performing EPC on LNG Storage Tank
- Experience in performing FEED on LNG Storage Tank
