Data protection specialist

A large international company requires Data protection specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Participation at Personal data protection management in SERC. Keep internal documentation on data protection up to date;
• Participation in Information security activities according to corporate standards: security self-audit for main office and regional offices, participation on incidents investigation, endpoints security control including monitoring of anti-virus software events;
• Cooperation with IT Support in regard with local network security: vulnerabilities analysis, participation in vulnerabilities mitigation, network inventory activities, etc.;
• Participation in management process over personal data outsourcing: pre-contract and in-contract control over security level of data processors, create and update necessary security check lists based on the legal and corporate requirements, participation in privacy audit of data processors, etc. Data Breach Response process support. Security risks analysis and reporting;
• Internal privacy and data protection activities: security control on accounts management, document management policy, HDD/SSD management, etc.;
• Monitor and enforce corporate privacy and information security requirements, update internal SERC manuals and policies, participate in employee awareness activities (announcements, guidelines, notices, audits, etc.).;
• Innovate processes and support Compliance team functions using corporate and other available collaboration and IT tools.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience not less than 1 year in IT, information security, process innovation;
• Experienced in IT and IT infra at least on the level of help desk support. Practical knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration, MS Active Directory tools, network infra is appreciated;
• Basic knowledge on information security methods and tools;
• Advanced user of modern business applications: MS Office, MS Teams. Experience (even on basic level) of Project management software, Sharepoint, databases management, data analytics, basics in practical programming is appreciated;
• English — intermediate;
• Good communication skills.
