Changhong Plastics Group Imperial Plastics Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2010, located in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China. Mainly engaged in research and development, product and sales of Wiring Accessories, Cable Tray, Metering Cabinet, Electronic Components. It is the world's leading and China's largest plastic cable ties manufacturer. The Company owns multiple domestic and foreign certification and patents. The company plans to set up a joint venture factory with a large Russian trader in Russia, mainly producing plastic ties and other products, and is expected to achieve annual sales of 50 million US dollars after reaching the post-production period. The joint venture is located in Tver region, Russia.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general manager's daily administrative affairs, including itinerary arrangement and reception coordination;
  • Assist the General manager in the financial management of the joint venture Company, including: assist in the formulation and implementation of the financial management system and accounting system in accordance with the local laws of Russia and the actual situation of the joint venture company; According to the business objectives of the joint venture company, formulate various expense budgets, submit them to the board of directors for approval, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the budgets;
  • Assist in the review of sales contracts and major procurement contracts, and shall not be performed without approval;
  • Assist in capital management, including assisting in the preparation of long-term, medium-term and short-term capital plans according to the business objectives of the joint venture, and responsible for testing, accounting and control;
  • Responsible for important projects, management meeting minutes and follow-up supervision, implementation and feedback;
  • Responsible for the promotion and arrangement of work plan, meet the leadership delivery standards;
  • Responsible for the general manager's daily business reception work, establish and maintain good relationships with the company's important customers, media, associations and government departments;
  • Other work assigned by general manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above from Chinese university, major in business, while financial management, accounting or economics is preferred;
  • Good presentation, organization and negotiation skills;
  • Have good work planning and execution ability;
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, coordination skills;
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese.
