What we do

In our Tax&Legal practice we provide legal support for low-cap/mid-cap M&A projects (both domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures), restructuring and reorganizations, provide advice on corporate management structures, international holding structures and consult clients on general issues of corporate and commercial law.

Responsibilities:

• Legal consulting of the Clients on various issues of tax law
• Legal due diligence,
• Transaction support and restructuring
• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
• Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education: completed bachelor degree is a must (degree preferably in tax law),
• Experience in legal sphere gained in reputable Russian or international companies is preferable
• Excellent knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Fluent English and Russian for working with clients and documentation
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
