Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage a secure, scalable multi-cloud, multi-region architecture (AWS, Yandex Cloud)

Lead the automation of operational processes, system deployments, and application scaling

Oversee the work of the DevOps team

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate software release processes

Collaborate with Development and Security teams to create a comprehensive Infrastructure as Code (IAC) strategy

Monitor and ensure system performance, availability, and security

Maintain compliance with industry security standards, including but not limited to PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOC2

Be proactive in identifying potential issues and provide scalable solutions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and architectures
Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong background in cloud architecture, particularly in AWS, Azure, or GCP

Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI

Experience in implementing and maintaining security protocols and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC2)

Strong scripting skills in Shell or Python

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Fintech domain experience is a strong plus
