Large well-known international FMCG company in search of Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Arrange, coordinate and control office recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility — full cycle;
- Constant interaction with heads of departments on hiring issues: feedback collection, job profile work out and correction;
- Management of recruitment sources: specialized web sites, company database, recruiting agencies, direct search, reference network, etc;
- Regular preparation of statistical reports on hiring;
- Recruitment KPI acheivement: % of personal recruitnment, TTF, etc;
- Participation in Recruitment projects (Fresh Graduate Recruitment, etc);
- Other HR related activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse) not less than 3 years;
- Broad candidate network in CE/FMCG market;
- Successful management of 15+ vacancies simultaneously in search;
- Confident user of all searching sources;
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics;
- Higher education in HR field would be preferable;
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Strong communiation skills;
- Orientation for result and stress resistance;
- High level of responsibility;
- Ability to learn fast.
