Responsibilities

Reporting to the Design Manager and to the Project Manager.

Coordinate the design activities of the Subcontractors in accordance to the construction site work schedule and necessities.

Take under control the design progress by Subcontractors, immediately report about delay and problems which could jeopardize the achivement of the delivery milestones.

Define and agree with the subcontractors recovery plan, perform constant check of the work progress.

Perform expediting and periodic coordination meeting with the Subcontractor. Achieve the economic progress target of the design activities.

Coordinate with Project's GIP, GAP and technical team to ensure the timely resolution of technical questions.

Attend the coordination meetings with the Customer and his consultant to grant the compliance of the design with the project requirements.

Supervise and control the design approval process ensuring the achievement of the planned cash flow.

Qualification & Experience required, Education, Years of Working Experience, Knowledge of Languages Architect/Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in design coordination on complex projects.

Working as part of a multinational team for one of the world's largest construction companies;

Working at the headquarters for the construction of a sports and recreation complex in Krasnoyarsk;
