Our small, fully remote team speaks English and works from home. We launched our product in June 2024 after several years of development, and now we’re growing quickly. Our main priorities are simplicity and an excellent onboarding experience.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Manager to join our team at Bordio. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new business signups, persuade them to book demo calls, and conduct those calls to showcase Bordio’s features and help set up their Workspace based on their specific needs. You will exclusively handle incoming leads—no cold calls or cold emails. This is 100% remote position, so you can work from any place in the world. Previous experience in Sales or Support is welcome, but not mandatory (We will provide all necessary learning materials to help you succeed in this role.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call newly signed-up businesses to offer help and book a demo call.

  • Conduct an average of 4-5 online demo calls per day. (Demo call is a 45-minute online meeting, where you share you screen and demonstrate the product to the prospect)

  • Make follow-up calls to prospects to check in on their progress and offer additional assistance as needed.

  • Support newly signed-up companies by answering their questions via email and WhatsApp, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing)

  • A good laptop with a high-quality camera and microphone.

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.

  • Desire to work hard and learn quickly

Payment and Benefits:

  • This contractor role requires you to be registered as a self-employed individual.

  • You will receive a fixed monthly salary plus commission, based on the number of demo calls conducted and customers you convert to paying subscribers.

  • The salary range is between 500 and 700 EUR for a full-time position (8 hours/day).
