When you will join our team, you will have an opportunity to work though such areas like:

Handling incoming requests for groups and events (full reactive sales process cycle)

Direct client communication (requests confirmation/cancellation on time)

Maximize conversion for group and event requests

Hotel Site inspections
-
Event coordination thought other departments during BEO meetings (Banqueting/Kitchen/FO)

Receive client feedback for event satisfaction survey

Maintain all account and business block information and rates in Opera
-
Increasing the hotel's revenue according to the general and personal KPI

If you are looking for the role to improve your experience and have qualifications such as…:
-
Сommunication, presentation, negotiation, skills oriented with an attention to details
-
Opera PMS & S&C knowledge as well as MS Office (other hotel programs knowledge is an advantage)
-
Higher professional education and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the similar position in other international Hotel chains
-
Fluent English
