We are looking for a Dispatcher (Appliance Repair, HVAC experienced) who is polite, sales oriented, loves communicating with people, and is passionate about what he/she is doing.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls/emails;
• Communicate with customers with sales oriented approach;
• Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients and propose supplementary services;
• Provide excellent service to our customers;
• Schedule technician’s` jobs in our system.
Schedule: PST time zone, night shift.
Salary: $800 + bonuses.
