We are an international IT company specializing in the development and implementation of IT solutions for the restaurant and hospitality industry in the USA. We are looking for active and communicative candidates with an excellent command of English to promote our product in the American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting potential customers for mutual agreements and preparing individual proposals
  • Conduct telephone calls with B2B customers for a minimum of two hours per shift
  • Acting in accordance with established company rules for commercial activities and maintaining reporting documentation

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Speak English at a level that allows you to communicate fluently with native speakers (C2)
  • Have strong PC skills
  • Are able to work night shifts in the US time zone
  • Have sales experience in English (is appreciated but not mandatory)
  • Are open to training in Chelyabinsk (please note that travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed)

  • A clear motivation system: a fixed salary of 100 000₽ and a profit of 250-450$ from each sale exceeding the plan
  • Possibility to work remotely after training in Chelyabinsk
  • Wage payment twice a month

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7 pm - 4 am Chelyabinsk time
