We develop recommendation services that simplify complex financial decisions, saving our users time and money when choosing financial products and services. We help more than 3 million users every month across 9 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Now, we are expanding our team and looking for a Head of CRM marketing to lead our customer retention strategy across international markets (Europe, Asia, Latin America).
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and implement retention strategies for each region, adapting them to local market specifics.

Work with customer segmentation: analyze data and launch targeted, personalized communications that drive results.

Improve and scale automation: build and optimize automated systems and manage communication channels (email, SMS, push, messengers) to ensure maximum efficiency.

Balance automation and personalization: find the right balance where automated processes still feel personal and relevant to each customer.

Implement and monitor key CRM metrics (retention, revenue, LTV, engagement) and adjust strategy based on the data collected.

Lead and mentor a team of CRM marketers.
What We Expect:

Experience as a Head of Retention or in a similar role, preferably in fintech or financial products.

Expertise in customer segmentation and crafting personalized communications to improve conversion and loyalty.

Deep understanding and skills in assessing costs and return on investment for various CRM tools and services.

Proven experience developing automated systems: you know how to build processes and continually find ways to improve them.

Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies that drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

Strong leadership skills: you can organize and motivate your team and help them grow.

Great communication skills: you can explain complex ideas in simple terms and work well with colleagues.

Ability to quickly adapt to changes and adjust plans on the fly.

A passion for data and the ability to make decisions based on numbers, not just intuition.

Understanding of “grey” areas in CRM marketing: you know how to handle domain warming and bypass spam filters.
