Finance director for group of companies (Multinational Logistics company)

Responsibilities:

• Managing of financial department (8 employees);
• Responsible for financial reporting, accounting and auditing;
• Responsible for budget planning, investments and financing;
• Forecasting the company's income and expenses, capital requirements, market share and the company's position in comparison with competitors;
• Making important financial decisions, managing financial resources and its cash flows;
• Attracting investments;
• Monitoring and evaluating the economic functioning of the company, its compliance with business goals, objectives, plans, standards and laws;
• Maintaining coordination with internal and external administration using at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Requirements:

• Experience in companies with international financial and economic activities is required;
• Higher education in economics and finance, ACCA certificate, MBA;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience as a financial director;
• Experience in logistics or production companies - a plus;
• Knowledge of accounting, tax, currency legislation, foreign economic activity;
• Experience with Currency Control;
• Experience in full-cycle accounting;
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning;
• Knowledge and experience in the successful application of audit systems;
• Ability to work both in a team and as an individual.
• Conversational English.
