Product gist: Virtual assistant - call centre services for Americans (support and maintenance) + AI to optimise incoming calls
Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our team and the development of the niche as a whole on a USA market
Duties:
- Working with incoming traffic
- Working in CRM
- Consulting customers on the nature of the product
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Finding new customers is not a key task, as marketing and incoming leads will be provided by our company
Requirements:
- Experience in sales
- Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
- Literate speech, ability to conduct business correspondence in English
- Negotiation skills: ability to defend your position and the interests of the company
- Responsibility and commitment
Terms of employment:
- schedule: 8-9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (California time)
- salary consists of two parts: fixed base salary - 300 $ + declining interest - 20-30% from sales
