Payroll Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Provide assistance in the full cycle of payroll processing, including contract execution and salary calculation;
  • Work with various payment systems;
  • Be the contact for all employee queries related to payroll and onboarding of new hires to payment systems;
  • Ensure payroll data reflects accurate information of current salary, benefits, deductions, hiring and terminations;
  • Help to improve internal controls related to payroll;
  • Assist in identifying alternative payment systems and analyze potential risks and changes;
  • ​​​​​​​Interact with external payroll providers.

What we’re looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in payroll management, finance, audit, or accounting.
  • Prior experience with big4 audit companies or any payroll systems/ HR is a competitive advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience is also important.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS (or GAAP).
