Payroll Financial Manager

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in the full cycle of payroll processing, including contract execution and salary calculation;
- Work with various payment systems;
- Be the contact for all employee queries related to payroll and onboarding of new hires to payment systems;
- Ensure payroll data reflects accurate information of current salary, benefits, deductions, hiring and terminations;
- Help to improve internal controls related to payroll;
- Assist in identifying alternative payment systems and analyze potential risks and changes;
- Interact with external payroll providers.
What we’re looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience: 3-5 years in payroll management, finance, audit, or accounting.
- Prior experience with big4 audit companies or any payroll systems/ HR is a competitive advantage.
- Proven leadership experience is also important.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS (or GAAP).
