Junior brand-manager

Responsibilities:

• Be the brand expert for the russian market (retail, on-line,wholesale)
• Understand trends and create range of product that follows the Brand development direction
• Show full understanding of the product creation process: research & benchmark, product idea/brief document creation, design & development of each product in range
• Work within cross-functional team Design, Development and Category Management to assure product creation process with a desired outcome
• Actively analyse our internal business and sales, draw conclusions and propose action steps to achieve target results
• Prepare and present your ranges and business related topics

Requirements for a candidate:

• Excellent communication skills ( presentation, ideas, brief & X-functionally)
• Highly collaborative, pro-active, self- motivated & with “go-to” attitude
  Fashion and streetwear understanding
• Passion for latest trends
• Analytical skills and creativity
• Product, marketing , buying/assortment background with at least 4 years of experience in the industry
• Experience in “A brands” is helpful
• Education: : University Degree
• English level: : advanced
• Program ownership: : Excel, Power point
