• Oversee the entire video production cycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Manage the shooting process from start to finish
• Source and onboard new production contractors globally
• Conduct castings to ensure the best fit
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts
• Prepare detailed briefs for production teams
• Select and procure necessary equipment, ensuring all resources meet project needs
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency and quality

The ideal candidate will have:

• Senior-level expertise in video production, with a strong portfolio
• Proven managerial experience leading video projects or teams
• Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed
