Requirements:

• Knowledge of the main SPB points of attraction
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Natural hospitality and people oriented
• Upper Intermediate level of English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with information about attractions,facilities,services and activities in and outside of the hotel
• Handle guest requests
• Book the transfers,tours,tickets,restaurants and etc
