Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years.

Hard Skills:

Customer Acquisition and Retention Marketing: as a marketing specialist, ensuring that we get new customers is paramount. Developing strategies that can help us retain clients will also be highly appreciated.

Marketing Research and Forecasting: we’ll expect someone who can do proper research on the topic of selection within the confines of your expertise;

Influencer Marketing: we work with influencers a lot, so you’ll need to be up-to-date with how to implement influencer marketing to suit your goals;

Marketing Automation;

Event Marketing: we use current or past events to drive the audience, so it’s important to know or to learn how to adapt the news quickly;

Data Visualization: visualizing the data & clues after research and ability to explain share the insights with the team is important;

Team Management: this one is about communication. Our future colleague should have no trouble sharing their vision with the team to hone the final product.

Soft Skills:

Communication Skills: in this role, you’ll be communicating a lot. It’s important to understand the value in reaching out to people;

Creativity, Adaptability: creativity is the word of the day with this role. We expect our future colleague to be able to generate new ideas;

Teamwork Skills;

Strategic Thinking: the ability to look ahead and foresee the consequences of

implementing solutions will be valued;

Negotiation Skills: you’ll be communicating with clients and partners a lot, this is extremely important to have;

Additional requirements: Attending conferences. Business trips to various cities and countries.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of marketing strategies: you’ll be responsible for creating marketing strategies and implementing them with the team. You will be guiding the process of going from the idea to the end result.

Team management: you’ll be working with a team, therefore understanding how to plan and execute marketing strategies within a team is a huge plus.

Management of partner relationships: you’ll be communicating with our clients and partners, and it’s extremely important for us to keep the valuable relationships in tact.

Analytics and reporting: you’ll be reporting any positive / negative changes associated with the team’s work using multiple tools and statistics.

Process optimization and improvement: any enhacement of our workflow is highly appreciated.

Budget management and reporting: you’ll be expected to operate within the confines of the budget and to manage it effectively.

Quality control: you’ll need to make sure that the generated content is in compliance with our standars.

Communication with clients and external partners: you need to understand the impact of your work when it comes to clients. Handling any positive / negative feedback with partners and clients respectfully and the ability to look ahead is paramount.
