One of our key clients is an international IT holding company that manages 12 products and has already launched over 40 projects across dozens of countries on all continents is currently looking for a Concierge Manager join their team.
What you will be doing:
- Providing top-notch services for our clients, including recommendations for entertainment, restaurants, attractions, and other interesting places;
- Advising and providing travel support to VIP users (chats/calls);
- Assisting clients in organizing services according to their requests;
- Ensuring a variety of high-quality services for clients;
- Ordering and purchasing tickets for concerts, flights, etc.;
- Booking hotels/accommodation;
- Organizing events.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Knowledge of English at least at a B2 level;
- Experience in customer service;
- Ability to find and make decisions in non-standard situations, as well as the skill to effectively respond to objections;
- Problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Customer orientation: ability to provide top-tier service and effectively respond to client requests.
