Our games have become global hits, played by millions of users worldwide, including Obby but you’re on a bike, skateboard obby, bike of hell and many many others. We have extensive experience in creating successful Roblox games, and we want to share it with you!

About Your Role:

As part of the program, you’ll have a unique opportunity to lead your own game studio. You will have complete creative freedom to bring your boldest ideas to life, manage a team, and oversee every stage of game development.

Your results will be visible immediately—the success and growth of your games will reflect your achievements. Additionally, you’ll be learning from a team of experts who have created some of the best games on Roblox, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to take your studio to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a team of developers and creating your own games on Roblox

• Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards

• Testing and applying different strategies to grow your studio and achieve game success

• Actively participating in training sessions and working alongside our Roblox experts

What We Expect from You:

• Any experience in game development

• Good spoken English (B2+)

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Interest in growing within Roblox

• Experience working with Roblox and knowledge of Lua would be an advantage
