Main Purpose of Job
To provide one point of contact for our customers and sales team on all order management related issues – order placement, transportation, damages, invoices queries to provide best-in-class customer service though excellent execution and strong customer focus.
Main Responsibilities

Order Management activities

Order documentation accuracy and fulfillment

Product substitutions and roll over at the customer level

Claims Management

Damages ,Shortages, Overages, Late deliveries, logistics complaints

Transportation planning for customer deliveries

Information to logistics team on out of stocks

Substitution and material determination
-
Maintain order blanks
-
Customer admin paperwork
-
Routine reporting
Key Competencies / Skills
- Customer care skills
- High level of communication skills and stress resistance
- SAP knowledge and experience
- MS Excel experience
Required Qualifications / Experience
- High School degree (Bachelor or Master)
- 1+ year experience in Customer Care or Logistics
- English – Intermediate or above (oral and written communication)
