Main Purpose of Job

To provide one point of contact for our customers and sales team on all order management related issues – order placement, transportation, damages, invoices queries to provide best-in-class customer service though excellent execution and strong customer focus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Order Management activities

  • Order documentation accuracy and fulfillment

  • Product substitutions and roll over at the customer level

  • Claims Management

  • Damages ,Shortages, Overages, Late deliveries, logistics complaints

  • Transportation planning for customer deliveries

  • Information to logistics team on out of stocks

  • Substitution and material determination

  • Maintain order blanks

  • Customer admin paperwork

  • Routine reporting

Key Competencies / Skills

  • Customer care skills
  • High level of communication skills and stress resistance
  • SAP knowledge and experience
  • MS Excel experience

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • High School degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Care or Logistics
  • English – Intermediate or above (oral and written communication)
