Key Responsibilities:

Participation in the full recruitment cycle: from gathering requirements to onboarding the candidate (focus on digital and product roles)

Active sourcing of candidates on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.)

Initial resume screening and conducting interviews

Organizing and delivering product onboarding: collecting and structuring information, communicating with development and product teams

Monitoring employee adaptation during the probation period
-
Participating in projects aimed at improving HR processes and corporate culture

Maintaining HR documentation and reports

Communicating with the international team in English
Qualifications:
-
Experience in HR/recruitment from 6 months (internships or completed recruitment courses are also acceptable)

Understanding of basic HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation

Fluent English (both verbal and written communication within the team)

Confident user of Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, Telegram, LinkedIn, Notion (or similar tools)

Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and proactivity

Interest in IT and product development
