Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

Proven experience (5 years) in warehouse or logistics management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in ERP and inventory control software

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch

Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain optimal warehouse layout

Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and security protocols in compliance with regulations

Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock accuracy

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate performance reports

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries

Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity

Develop and maintain KPIs to measure operational efficiency and team performance

Prepare budgets and manage operational costs effectively
